This 90 minute session consists of a presentation on awareness of the symptoms and causes of stress and techniques that can be used to manage or avoid them. This is followed by a discussion on the causes of your own stress and coaching in stress relief methods. It ends with a short exercise in relaxation which you can then take away with you to try at home.

Confidential stress coaching is practiced in a quiet space in The Garden of England Spa by Iain Robertson. Iain is a qualified Life Coach and Performance Coach who specialises in Stress. He has coached in his former employment where he developed the stress busting methods you will experience in this session.
