GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR SPA EXPERIENCE  
The Spa at Wallett’s Court offers massage therapy and body treatments from 9am to 8pm daily. Advance reservations are required and can be made by calling 01304 852424 or e-mail spa@wallettscourt.com . If you have a gender preference for your massage therapist, please let us know at the time of booking.  
 
WHY HURRY?
We encourage you to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to enjoy the use of our facility and begin relaxing. These include separate men's and women's changing rooms, indoor pool, hydrotherapy spa with sauna, showers and steam room. Spa robes and lockers as well as bath amenities are provided for use during your visit.  We recommend that you be in your robe and relaxing in the spa lounge or reception at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your therapist will collect you from there. You will then be escorted to your own treatment room in the woods outside the spa. (You may need to wear suitable shoes walking on the path if you have delicate feet & if the weather is bad we recommend staying dressed and changing in the treatment room). It is best not to wear wet swimwear to your treatments so please allow
enough time to get yourself dry. Drink plenty of water after your treatment and relax.
 
AVAILABILITY
Due to the limited capacity of the Spa, we recommend that appointments be booked two to three weeks in advance. Of course, last minute bookings are based upon availability and can be made.  
 
TALK WITH YOUR THERAPIST
Communication is the key to getting the treatment you want.  Before the treatment begins, tell your therapist which areas you would like to focus on and any areas to be avoided.
 
MEDICAL
Before booking your spa treatment, please consult your doctor if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns. Please advise your therapist of any allergies or injuries.  
 
CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY
Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of Spa treatments to avoid a 100% charge.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, your service will be modified to maximize your remaining time to honour other scheduled appointments.
