This treatment is performed exclusively by Ben Barnett through guided meditation and Hydrotherm massage, you can unlock the secrets held in your body. Whether you just want to know where your aching back started from or you want to release your fears about an important future event, Transformational Massage connects the concerns that affect us every day with the parts of the body that is affected by them. Choose exactly how you want to feel when you leave, and get much more than you ask for!  
 
Hydrotherm Essential Experience   60 minutes    £60
Combines Hydrotherm with the use of Ayurvedic oils blended to balance exactly how you feel when you have your treatment. After a brief questionnaire you choose from 4 oils blended according to Ayurvedic Tridosha tradition; in short however you feel and however you want to feel there is a perfect oil for you. Included in the treatment is oil that you can take home to use to remind your mind body and spirit of the profound relaxation this treatment produces.
 
Back, Neck and Shoulder Hydrotherm Massage  30 minutes    £35
The ultimate in relaxation and truly holistic massage. Whilst laying on your back, covered with towels and warmed from the water cushions beneath, you receive a 3 dimensional treatment using your bodyweight to give the perfect depth of massage.
 
Hydrotherm Pregnancy Massage    60 minutes    £60
Designed by a midwife, the Hydrotherm Massage during pregnancy is the most relaxing treatment for mothers to be. Clients after 16 weeks up to 9 months plus can benefit from the warm water cushion support, relaxing movements and gentle rocking in this 1hr experience. Bliss!
 
Hydrotherm Deep Tissue Massage    45 minutes    £45
This deep tissue massage treatment helps to improve muscle and joint suppleness and flexibility. It relieves tight, strained and overworked muscles, helping to reduce stiffness and aid recovery time. It is very effective in the treatment of back, neck and shoulder problems. Remedial massage is also very beneficial pre and post-event in the sporting arena and can be used as a preventative or corrective treatment.. It helps to relax muscle tissue, improve circulation, reduce muscle fatigue, alleviate cramp and stimulate the body to perform at its best. Great for sports enthusiasts such as golfers, runners & professional atheletes.
 
CLASSIC MASSAGE

Our expert massage therapists have all been trained by our own in house therapist to the stars and professional massage trainer Ben Barnett.
His own methods combine physical therapy with a form of guided meditation, which helps to reconnect muscles with the brain to allow you to relearn how to use problem areas more effectively.  Working with emotional issues at this level can only be performed with the client's total trust. He has already worked with a number of VIP clients including in the past treating Kylie Minogue and her team for 2 ½ years.
